MarkOps Terms of Service

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using MarkOps, you agree to these Terms of Service. MarkOps is operated by Paul's Technologies.

Business and professional use

MarkOps is provided for business and professional use. You must use an authorised account and keep your account access secure.

Your content and permissions

You are responsible for content you upload, schedule or publish through MarkOps. You confirm that you have the rights, permissions and authority needed to connect accounts and instruct publication. MarkOps does not publish content solely because an account is connected.

Third-party platforms

Facebook, Instagram and other third-party platforms are governed by their own terms, policies and availability. MarkOps is not Meta and is not affiliated with Meta except where its authorised integrations interact with Meta services.

Service availability and changes

We may maintain, update or change MarkOps from time to time. We aim to operate the service reliably, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse MarkOps, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, use it unlawfully, or publish content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Intellectual property

Paul's Technologies and its licensors retain rights in MarkOps and its materials. You retain rights in your content, subject to the permissions necessary to operate the service and perform your requested actions.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address security concerns, or respond to a material breach of these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Paul's Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of MarkOps. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The latest revision date will be shown on this page.
