Request deletion directly

Email abhishek.bandari@paulstechnologies.com from the email address associated with your MarkOps account, using the subject MarkOps Data Deletion Request. State whether you are requesting deletion of your MarkOps account and associated personal data, or only removal of your Facebook Login identity.

Provide your MarkOps account email and, where needed to identify the account, your business or account name. If you no longer have access to that email address, explain this so we can arrange an appropriate identity check. Do not send passwords, Facebook access tokens, MFA recovery codes or API keys.

Information covered by your request

MarkOps holds account and personal profile information such as your name and email address. Facebook Login links your MarkOps user to an authentication identity record containing the provider name, Facebook's stable app-scoped user identifier, the provider email address and creation/update timestamps. The name received at signup may be used for your MarkOps profile. The current login flow does not store a Facebook profile picture or persist Facebook Login access tokens.

A verified request can cover this Facebook identity linkage, account/profile information and other personal data under MarkOps' control that can be deleted. Business workspace information may belong to other authorised members: we verify authority and ownership before removing shared data or closing a business account.

Unlink Facebook Login in MarkOps

If you can sign in, open Account → Security and choose Unlink beside Facebook. MarkOps requires the existing security confirmation and another authentication method to remain available. Unlinking deletes your Facebook authentication identity record, including its provider identifier and provider email. It does not delete your MarkOps account or other personal data; use the deletion-request contact above for those requests.

Facebook Login authenticates you as a person. It is separate from Connect Facebook & Instagram for marketing. Unlinking Facebook Login does not disconnect business Pages, Instagram accounts or advertising integrations. Where available, marketing connections can be disconnected separately through MarkOps' Social Accounts interface by an authorised workspace user.

Remove access through Facebook

You can also review and remove MarkOps Login Staging in Facebook's Apps and Websites settings. Removing the app there is separate from a request to delete data already held by MarkOps. MarkOps cannot delete your Facebook account or information held independently by Meta or other providers; contact those providers for their data.

Verification, processing and limited retention

We review your request, verify your identity and authority, and contact you if clarification is needed before processing it. We will communicate the outcome, including any data that must be retained. Valid deletion requests are processed subject to the reasonable security, legal and record-retention requirements in our Privacy Policy; it does not specify a fixed completion deadline.

Limited records may need to remain for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, applicable billing/accounting obligations or dispute resolution. Where retention is necessary, only the information needed for that purpose is retained. Unlinking alone does not remove security audit records.
